Some people in this world, even those who don’t know about the lordship of Christ, are seeking righteousness. In some cases, missionaries have found people who have a devotion to God, but have a misunderstanding of who He is. In other cases, the Holy Spirit may have given some from unreached nations His attributes, such as compassion for the poor and the suffering. Will you pray for such people?
Pray for God to guide these “unreached” people, so that they will know the One who gave them a righteous caring for the poor.
Writers with pens full of colors, scents, and sounds write about places like this; this jungle paradise on the eastern coast of Africa. It fills the senses with jewel-like greens, reds, purples, and yellows. Cooking pots bubbling in the morning sun send wave after wave of delicate aromas across the warm air. Chirping birds, laughing children, and chattering housewives all belie the dark side of a Sanye village.
Children seldom eat their fill from those cooking pots. Colors don’t dazzle when one is sick from dirty water. The lovely sounds would be lovelier if they had good education. Basic health care is non-existent, and most poignant of all, there is no Jesus, only Islam blended in with Animism.
Cry of the Heart Ministries has seen the dark side and brought the light. They built a nursery school hoping for 30 children. They now serve 86. It is a small light in a dark sea of 12,000 souls. But let us praise God and not despise small beginnings.

Pray that those who learn will be bold in their testimony and energized by the Holy Spirit to minister to their own villages in word and deed. Pray that the love and salvation of Jesus would be loosed among the Sanye people. Pray that the veil that covers their vision would be removed.-PE
