Zephaniah 3:9
Then will I purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the Name of the Lord and serve Him shoulder-to-shoulder.

We are already witnessing the first fruits of this promise. In the developing world national believers now serve shoulder-to-shoulder with missionaries from Western nations. Concerts of prayer for world evangelization have begun around the globe. More people use this Prayer Digest in Chinese, Korean, and Spanish than in English. These encouraging signs are but a glimpse of the day in which all peoples will be represented in the service of praise at the marriage supper of the Lamb.

Pray that the Father will fulfill these beginnings until the day we sing His praises in absolute purity and harmony. Thank Him for what He is doing in all the earth.

Every Home for Christ (EHC)

by JS

Every Home for Christ (EHC) is an organization with the goal of reaching every family unit in Africa with a clear gospel presentation. They distribute tracts, printed materials and other gospel tools such as gospel soccer balls, EvangeCubes, and Heart of Man charts. These visual presentations are used especially to reach the pre-literate. Reaching every home for Christ includes reaching those people groups in the remote regions of the continent.

EHC believes that one of the biggest needs in Africa is for African Christian leaders and pastors to be well trained. The majority of African pastors EHC works with have no formal training of any kind. Because it is often impossible or impractical for a pastor to attend a distant Bible school or training center, EHC has arranged to take the training to each pastor wherever he is with its Mobile Training Centers (MTC). EHC’s goal is to make in-depth training accessible to all African Christian leaders and to take the MTCs to the most remote parts of the bush where no training has ever been done. Hundreds of thousands of people are coming to the Lord through this ministry, and EHC Christ Groups are springing up to take care of new believers in remote areas where there are no churches. The 12th African nation to begin this work was Sudan in July 2010.

Pray that EHC’s goal will literally reach every home for Christ in Sudan. Pray that the MTC will achieve its goal of training all pastors in the most remote areas.
