Nazareth in Galilee was considered by the Jews to be the worst part Israel. It was on the very edge of this nation, so the people had frequent dealings with “unclean” Gentiles from bordering areas. Yet because it was located so close to the Gentile peoples, and because it was on the crossroads where many people traveled, Jesus could reach many at a time when travel was rare. Do you live in a place that has low status? Does that mean that God can’t use you or your local church to reach the nations in your own back yard?
Pray that God will show you how to reach the nations, no matter where you live.

In 1993 the battle for their identity began in earnest and they are now in a battle for their very existence.Learn more at joshuaproject.net
Pray that the missionary work that is forbidden would again gain access where the people can have a fair hearing of a presentation of the gospel. Pray that the Lord would push back the darkness, and release a huge harvest of Shawiya souls. Pray that the Prince of Peace will come to the Shawiya people in glory and they will be prepared in their hearts to recognize and welcome Him.
