Like the rest of humanity, the Moors in Paris must struggle to earn a living. This is part of the curse mankind put himself under when Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden. Do the Moors understand that the root of their struggle comes from their separation from our Creator?

Sidi was fortunate to find employment in Paris. He had come to France from Mauritania. He had survived a precarious journey to Europe on a small, rickety boat. Other Moors weren’t as lucky. Every time an impetuous fellow Moor says that his blood boils when he hears snide comments, Sidi replies, “At least here we earn enough money to survive, and we are able to spare some to send home.”

Many decide to embark on a dangerous journey in the hope of eking out a living in European cities like Paris.Learn more at joshuaproject.net
