Like the Kajakse people we are praying for today, every sinner can break with the past. Our God of justice does not hold us responsible for the sins of our forefathers or those of our children. We are all responsible for our own spiritual lives.
Pray that as the Kajakse people face unprecedented changes that their elders will steer them towards the unprecedented possibility of having their sins forgiven by a loving, just God.
